‘Til the echoes ring again…
This short 2-minute work pays homage to Boston College by developing and weaving together thematic material from the university’s Alma Mater and fight song, For Boston. It’s a modern and uplifting twist, and I hope that anyone with ties to BC finds it to be an exciting and emotionally moving listening experience. I graduated from Boston College in 2004 and am fortunate to remain connected to the BC community through music.
I composed the work in 2014 and had the privilege to conduct and record it in AIR Studios, Lyndhurst Hall (London) with some of the finest session players in the world contracted by Hilary Skewes, produced by the best of the best — Jake Jackson (Recording Engineer) and Fiona Cruickshank (Assistant Engineer).
